If you unfriend someone on facebook, will I appear as a 'suggested friend'?
Supposing I delete a friend on facebook, and one day they are looking for more friends, and they see my name. Is this possible?

Yes, This is possible by facebook system.

Only way if you don't want to show yourself from a person is to block him.
