I am participating on a contest on facebook. The facebook app (app for the contest) says the following:

"To participate directly on twitter, use #TalkAwayS3"

What does this mean? Is "#TalkAwayS3" is an app for twitter? Please help me I want to participate in this contest directly via twitter.

TalkAwayS3 is a hashtag. These are mostly indicated with the hash symbol '#'.
To use #TalkAwayS3, type a tweet or don't and at the end just write '#TalkAwayS3'.
That's basically all you need to do Smile
