On Facebook, can friends of friends see photos and videos tagged "only me"?
If I set the privacy of a video to only me and tag people in that video then those who are tagged will be able to see the video. Will their friends be able to see the video as well?

No they can't. Only those people who are tagged can see.

The tagged people are the only ones that can see because they get this message that says you've been tagged and if they click on it they see what you listed as " only me"
