Can you tell if someone has blocked you on Facebook chat?

This one person in particular used to always show up on the side of my Facebook chat window. When she was online, that green dot appeared next to her name. When she was offline, it just had her picture without the green dot.

Now, however, it will only show her picture sometimes. The other times she isnt even on the list at all, and now the green dot is never next to it. Im not sure what to think about it as I think this might be a way to tell if someone has blocked you from the chat.

Is there a way you can tell if someone has blocked you from the chat?
