Is she interested or does she just think im weird?

So i have a girl in one of my classes i thought she was cute since the beginning of the year and recently one of her friends asked me if i thought her other friend was cute i told her yes but that i thought the girl in my class was cuter. And when she asked if she could tell her i said that i dont care. I think that she told her i said that today because i just noticed them whispering and looking and she mentioned me on twitter and we talked a little....Does she think im just weird or is she actually interested and how should i take the next step?

Here's what you do, Anthony.

Go up to the girl and tell her you saw her comment on Twitter. Tell her you thought it was nice of her to mention you. Then say that if she's going to write about you, shouldn't she get to know you better? Suggest lunch, or even an ice cream after classes one day.
