What does "sp" mean on Twitter?

I keep seeing pages post something unrelated to what their page is about followed by "- sp" or something. I'm not exactly sure but does it mean stupid post?

Its sponsored, which means they're getting paid (very little) for that tweet. Its an advertisement. Its a way big twitter accounts make money.

Usually it means the post/link was sponsored. It some tweets it could refer to Suspicious Person.
