how to hack my twitter account?

I got in a fight with a friend and she got on a twitter account that we share and she changed the password, and she made the account so I don't know who's phone number she put and what email she used. I only know the username, so if I contacted Twitter would I need to use that information or will I have to hack the account? How could I do that??

If your account is Compromised/Hacked and you can't log In.

If you think you've been hacked and you're unable to log in with
your username and password, please take the following two steps:

1. Request a password reset.

Reset your password by requesting an email from the password reset form.
