where to find kate spade wholesale bags?

Hi, I've been thinking of starting small business here in Singapore selling past season Kate Spade and Coach wallets and handbags.
I know of many who sell them in facebook in very attractive prices and the demand seems to be really good. The retailers even sell them in original packaging and dustbags and etc.
I know that its alot cheaper in the US. But so far I saw online, the bags are quite expensive with shipping included.
Does anyone know where I'm able to find such good offers?

if you wish to sell to users, you will need to buy from retailers...
if you wish to sell to other distributors/retailers, then you seek wholesalers
a true wholesaler does not sell to a final user.
