How to get rid of spam hack on facebook?

My little bro has a facebook and someone is posting all these nasty and weird things on his for example nicki minaj sex tapes and osama bin laden death videos etc.Please answer my bro wants this hacker off of his facebook.

Click "Account" in the upper right corner of your Facebook page, then click "Account Settings" in the list of options that appears. This takes you to a new page.

Click the "Notifications" tab on this new page. This takes you to a list of notifications that you can choose not to receive.

Click the boxes beside any of the notification types for which you are receiving unwanted notifications to remove the check mark in the box. The types of notifications include various apps, being tagged in a picture, new friend requests, comments on your videos and many more.

Click the "Save Changes" button when the only notification types checked are ones for which you wish to receive notifications.
