Not all can make money with twitter.
You need to understand the structure first.
Then you need interesting infos before you can get followers.
Give more free stuffs/infos away before you can make money from your followers.
It's not easy but if you put in more effort you will succeed.

First of all you need lots of followers. Follow people and they will follow you...as long as you give interesting info. Try to have followers of similar interests. Once you have a nice group of followers you can for example start an online store (or sell on eBay) and twit a link to it. You can also advertise for other people. Just remember not to overdo it.
