Pop up ads that just wont go away?

Ok, I've got pretty good security, I go to clean sites, just mainly use my computer for music or blog or just plain random searches on familiar sites...But I have seem to acquired a virus that just simply wont go away, I have add blocker and everything and my spyware doesn't seem to pick it up...Heres a link of a picture i took of this annoying devil...

Now if there is anyone that can tell me how to get rid of this, you will literally be my hero cause this is getting extremely annoying and keeps popping up in EVERY site i go to, and seems to be followed by three more just like it, one that looks like a facebook I.M. and another that is flash videos and quiet rarely porn ads....Please help and hopefully the answer can help others with this problem

Anyway, try to scan your computer first with this to make sure that you are clean of spyware:

Next, try resetting your browser:

A. Internet Explorer:
Close or exit IE. Click on Start â–º Control Panel â–º Network and Internet â–º Internet Options â–º Advanced â–º Restore advanced settings â–º Reset â–º Delete personal settings â–º Reset.

B. Firefox:
Click on Tools or the orange Firefox button â–º Help â–º Restart with Add-ons disabled. You can also close Firefox. Hold Shift key while you click on Firefox shortcut. Select 'Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults' â–º 'Make changes and restart'.

C. Google Chrome:
Close or exit Google Chrome.

Sign in to your Google account if you want to back up your bookmarks and saved passwords online.

Exit Google Chrome and open Windows Explorer. Type the following in the address box and press Enter:
%LOCALAPPDATA% \ Google \ Chrome \ Application

Remove the SPACEs before and after the "\". I put them there because Y!A cuts off long words here.

You may also go to C: â–º Users â–º YourUserName â–º AppData â–º Local â–º Google â–º Chrome â–º Application

Delete the zero byte file named "First Run".

If that still didn't fix it, do a full uninstall in advanced mode using Revo Uninstaller and then reinstall the latest version of Google Chrome:

Not sure if it'll solve your problem, but it certainly solved mine. I had hijacked search results, random pop-ups, and cookie issues. It's really easy to use:
