How to I reply to an answer on Yahoo answers?!?

Sounds stupid. Maybe because I'm on an android I can't reply? Help me pahaha
I mean as in to comment on an answer that has been written on one of your questions.

Simply Click on Answer Question Button and start answering. It's easy job.

Change to desk top first but. Yahoo Answers is not a chat site so you have to be careful not to be chatting, The best way however, you could click on their avatar, if they accept ims or emails click on the appropriate one and follow the prompts. If the question is still open: click on the "edit" link below your question then "add details" add your note, preview and submit. The very best time to comment is when you choose best answer to your question.

You Can Not Reply Back you have 2 Options Switch to Desktop Version of the Site 1st Tho on your Phone

Edit your Question and Post your Comments Under Add Additional Details

Or Go to There Answers Profile and See if they Allow Email If they Do Email them

You don't on YA. YA IS NOT A CHAT SITE. That is WHY there are NO "Reply" or "Respond" buttons on YA, even when your Device is operating in Desktop mode. You can reply to answers BY EMAIL or Yahoo messenger.

To enable your email to and from other YA community members and for Yahoo messenger messaging::

1 Click your avatar to open up your YA profile/activity
2 Click the “Edit my preferences” hyperlink”
3 Click the Privacy & communications” tab when it is underlined top open up the tab page
4 Click the center of the button to the left of “Via email” until it turns green / gray
5 Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the tab page

To email another YA community member:
1 Click their avatar
2 Clicking the “Email” [user name] will open up an email page
3 Click the “Submit button at the of email page to send the email

Change to desktop first. You don't directly respond. YA is not a chat room or Facebook. YA is for Q&A, not conversation. You have two options:

1. E-mail or IM the user through their profile, if they allow communication.

2. Wait until you pick the BA and add comments for each user. Probably only the Best Answerer will see it since they only get a notification.

The ONLY exception is that you can add additional details to your question (little pencil icon on question toolbar) for clarification of the question. Do not call users by name doing this or it will be deemed chat.
