How do I talk to this girl?

I'm 18 and she is 16. She sits in front if me in one of my classes. She has recently has been talking to me. It's just small talk like 3 times so far but I never talked to her before but she said something things to me this past week. So the other day some throw a pencil at her to give it back and I guess it was on the floor and she asked me "when did he throw this at me?" I said "no I wasn't paying attention sorry" and she laughed. Why? Wasnt trying to be funny. Today this guy was saying hi to me and she kept turning around and looking at me. When we were talking for like a minute she was looking right at my eyes the whole time.(apparently I have really pretty eyes) I don't know what to say to her or eventually text her cause she doesn't have a Facebook or twitter and I know one person that has her number. I'm scared to ask her for it plus I'm a shy guy! I asked my friend about her and she said that she is obsessed with this one guy. What do I do? HELP

Maybe you are "the one guy" lol. Talk to her and see where it goes.

Take a chance. If it doesn't work out then don't worry about it! Ask her for her number, talk to her on the phone, then start introducing your thoughts about her (is she pretty, has long hair, pretty eyes, smart??). Good luck! =)

Ahhhh I remember when I used to be like you I didn't know what to say to a girl who was in front of me, Seriously I would freeze up and stumble over my words. But once I found this blog filled with free tips to help me talk to girls it started to go away and man Im having the time of my life now.
