What do you think of my Taylor swift picture?

CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. (I'm not bashing it or anything, just giving my honest opinion.)

It could be more realistic - try drawing some different shades, like a slightly darker shade for her cheeks and all the different curves/angles for her face. Try looking at drawings you consider 'perfect' or 'extremely good' and see what makes it good - detail, realistic-ness, proportion, shades, etc.
(see sources for 'extremely good' ones - these are more realistic and have shadows/shades.)
