Facebook inbox not working?

Help, I've looked everywhere. So I click on the little message icon, for notifications of messages at the top left next to the fb icon, everything is fine, I can even click send a new message and the little prompt comes up, and that's fine, however when I go to look at my inbox, or click to see the messages I've sent and received, all white screen, blue fb bar at top, that's it, sometimes it loads indefinitely, sometimes not, but I'm getting nothing, it's actually kind of irritating at this point.
