Everything on my browser does not seem right. What do you think is the prob?

I have reformatted my desktop computer because it was sabotaged by a virus. Now that it seemed okay, I opened my chrome, went to the FACEBOOK homepage but not all appears. No images. Text are scattered. I tried other sites but still the same happens. And sometimes, the browser says that there is no connection even if there is. And what I do is refresh and refresh the page until the site opens. I tried Mozilla but it's also that. HELP ME. PLEASE.

It might be having a problem reading the HTML. Try reinstalling the browser.
