How do I add Cafe World as an app on facebook?

I've been wanting to add it, but I can;t find it on facebook.

I have looked it up in search, and in Brouse apps. But I still cant find it.
Somebody please help me!

you go to where it says applications on the bottom of the screen and you click on search applications .. or you could go to a friend who has it and its easy to add
