Conservatives are worse in attacking our rights.

No liberal proposal will take away anyone's guns.

You guys keep forgetting that the proposed weapons bans are only proposing to ban an itsy bitsy number of guns. Just the ones that can kill many people in a short blast. Nobody is proposing taking away pistols, hunting rifles or any such type of weapon.

The two party system was set up, by the founding fathers, specifically to disempower both groups. It is the moderate independent ten percent who decide elections. Why do you think the executive office, and the congress, often are not the same party? If not for the reasonable minority there would be huge swings back and forth every election.

Everyone please keep your eye on congress. All of this gun control sh-t can be just another way for them to misdirect the population while they are passing something else under our noses. More taxes, immigration, cap and trade, or anything else that tickles their fancy.

Liberals usually restore rights taken away by conservatives. This gun argument backlash thing is silly.

The picture I have right now is a young man with no defence in Tianamin Square being mowed down by a tank. Is that the future you want for America? If not do not give one inch on this gun law. Keep your weapons and your rights.

When will the right understand that no one wants to take their pea shooters and suspend their "rights" to own guns?

We're asking for some SANITY regarding that "RIGHT" and some better controls or assurances, that if you MUST stock pile high powered weapons in your home............could you PLEASE make sure your mentally disturbed children or spouses or anyone else in your home simply does not have access to them?

Mrs. Lanza's guns were ALL legal.

Her right to have them guarded tighter than Fort Knox.

So how was it, her mentally unstable son, had free access to them, and was able to murder 20 people with these legal guns, she bought for her "protection"?

Yeah, how did that work out for her, by the way?

Yeah, the world ended alright............HER world. By her own, legal guns.

Ironic, isn't it?

The NRA is worse than either of the groups you named.

Under the guise of defending our Second Amendment rights, those scoundrels are sacrificing decent peoples' right to live safely without fear of insane people and rotten punks shooting them at school, in a theater, or on their own front porch.

Okay, the NRA works for corporate conservatives (gun dealers), so I guess "B" is correct.

Now get down to your nearest brainwashing station and rid yourself of that "basic social right" fantasy.

Sometimes I think Liberals are not playing with a full deck
They seem to have abandoned logic and reason
They are Advocates of a policy that empowers a strong federal government to enslave its people with the high tax burden incident to the support of extravagant and unnecessary social programs destructive to both the work ethic among the lower class, and the incentive to innovate and succeed among the working people .
===============================
Calling 911 and asking the bad guy to wait is not a viable option
Better to have a gun and not need it than to need it and not have it!!!
