Why does she keep messaging me on Facebook?

This girl who asked me out 2 years ago keeps on messaging me on Facebook. it's usually about simple things like "What did you do today?" and "What are you up to?" but it's like every day.

When she asked me out, I said no, but lately I've been having feelings for her and I regret rejecting her.

I'm not complaining about the constant messages, because I really like her (now), but I can't tell if it's just being friends or she wants to try again at a relationship.

How can I try and hint I like her?
