Does this girl like me or not I'm confused..?

I'm confused about this girl at my job. When I first met her she seemed like she was disgusted by me. I went to shake her hand introducing myself and she was hesitant to shake my hand and it seemed as if she was put off by me. A few days later my co workers told me she went on my facebook and she checked out my pictures with me only in my wifebeater. She told my co workers I had nice arms. Of course my co -workers ran back and told me about it. My co workers made a few jokes here and there about it and they insist she likes me. She won't even come around me or even make eye contact. Everytime I try to talk to her she will just walk away or blantly ignore me. I'm confused. I'm not sure how I should approach her. She is extremely attractive. I will not pursue her because its at my job even though they don't care about employees dating each other but I'm curious as to where her heads at. Somebody let me know what the deal is. Thanks

That's quite cute, I think she likes you, but she doesn't want to feel that way possibly because she is afraid of rejection. I feel the best thing to do in this situation would be to start some light hearted banter, perhaps be a little cheeky and intreigue her. Then when she feels herself start to enjoy your company a little, tell her she looks nice, wait and see her (probably slightly awkward but cute reaction) then send her a friend request on facebook. When she starts warming up to youa few shifts later, ask her if she would like to hang out with you sometime.
