Its for Twitter but people with twitter have it linked with facebook so what they write on twitter appears on facebook

On Facebook people Connect there Twitter Accounts So When They Post Status Updates it Posts On Both Networks # is Something that People Use on Twitter in there Tweets its Called a Hashtag When People Mention Certain Topics People Can Click on the Hash Tag and it Can Show them Who Else is Talking about it
