Yes. It creates a super virus which explodes there computer and kills people. Like aids.

No, as the computer would have no idea who is accessing the account.

All it cares about is if the password is correct, because then it allows you access to that account.

Also, Computer Viruses, etc are not just created, they are written with a specific purpose in mind.
