How to tell if someone has blocked you on facebook?

Yeah, so please try and tell me all the signs that tell you that someone has blocked u?

In my case , I can't get hold of someone in facebook anymore. I can't search them up, but their name and pic r still in my message and I can read the message .

If I go to my friends list ,I can see their name but when clicked it says that Yvette account has been deactivated!!

Is that what it says when someone has blocked u or not??

If you create a fake profile with another picture, you can search them up and if you see their pictures, it's a sign they have blocked you... Or they set up privacy...

Well, they could have just deactivated their account.

Ask one of your friends to get in touch with them, if they can't either, it means they've simply just deactivated their account.

I don't think there is a way to tell if someone has blocked you other than that.

They have not blocked you if they do then you cant find them anymore or see the messages from them it means that they have deleted there fb account but it shows still for about two wks because they can still get back on if they want to if not after two wks it goes away and you can never find them again i did that lol hope i helped

you said it says Yvette account has been deactivated!!
that seems to be on the person your looking for's page when they close there account all the messages will still be there but when you click on it you see only there name and pic but can't get past that part of the screen..they temporally closed there own account..it doesn't sound like your blocked they just closed there account

If they have blocked you it wouldn't mention about deactivation. So seems like they have cancelled their account.
The weird thing is that their picture is still on their past profile.. normally that disappears.

When you are blocked it means you won't be able to search or find the person by name or email but you will be able to see them in your friends contacts list.

In your circumstance it seems like the account is discontinued or simply ask the person in question.
