how to download gpu drivers for dell latitude e5420 pc ?

i want to download vga driver or graphic processing unit's (gpu) driver (whatever it is called) for dell latitude E5420 notebook.
i just bought it and installed windows 7 64 bit in it. now i don't know how much of graphic card it has . i want to play games in it so if anyone knows the answer, plz do tell me.
it has an i5 2.4 ghz processor
4 gb ram
320 gb hard disk

You can download the video card drivers for your system at the link below. The Latitude is not considered a gaming machine. It is mainly targeted to busines customers You may be able to play some low end graphic games but the high end games may not work,
