I'm setting up either a Facebook business page or a Facebook person page as a business.

Can I add people as friends from other groups?

Invite your friends to like the page

You could add people and ask them to like the page, you could also ask friends to like/share the page then hopefully friends of friends will do the same.

Put the link to your Facebook page, and ask your friends to do the same. Also maybe post it to here, and twitter, and any other social networking site that you use, then people will have a look at it:]

Go to wear you can make a ad on fb people will catch on if your ad is good and catchy like say your a pizza restraunt an your add says like if you love pizza and loads of people will like it ! See just do it that way !
