How can I start a vlog channel on YouTube, but have it be successful?

I really want to, but I'm not sure if I would want to contribute time and money towards a goal i'm jot sure would succeed. Suggestions?

If you upload DAILY! And add good tags and a good big chunky description to your videos you'll be on the right track! Good Luck!

If you have charisma and aren't afraid to record in public with the possibility of looking silly then it doesn't really matter what the video quality looks like. You could be recording from a webcam/phone and people would still watch as long as you aren't boring. Don't thing that you're going to hit thousands of subscribers overnight, either. Networking with social media is the best way to get your videos out there. Don't spend any money until you have built an audience
