Try using https:// instead of http:// at the beginning of the website address.

Example; Instead of:

http://www.facebook.com/

Try:

https://www.facebook.com/

That "s" makes the network think its a secure site. Not that Facebook is not secure, but the network should allow 99% of secure sites. It works at my school.

type this in your address bar 31.13.70.7 and it should take you directly to facebook....some schools don't block the ip so you can still access it like that.
