Does click per ad sites really work?

Hi. I am having kind of a hard time right now, and I just got a new social networking site, http://www.crystal.rogueclick.com/, that is supposed to pay me a little money everytime someone clicks through the ads on the page............Has anyone ever tried these pages and do they actually work? If they do you can click through if you want to help out...hehe

I have found in the past that some of them do actually work, most pay you like $0.01 per click but some do pay more. just clicked through yours
