assuming you are posting it as a status updates, you can use the audience selector to control who sees it, so you can just set it up so that the person you want to hide it from cannot see your post

however, keep in mind that one of your friends who can see it can easily just share it, and then the person you were trying to hide it from can actually see it that way, or many other ways too

try not to be too sneaky on facebook - something can very easily go wrong with your plan to hide things from people

Ok, so without being rude I am getting a little tired of these but, here goes. If you do not want it seen do not post on FB. You can block someone all you want but if they are a friend of a friend, etc. They will most likely see it at some point. unless you remove them and then do a complete lock-down of your profile there is always a chance some way that this will be seen and the main reason is the comment, share and like features. Like a virus once you post or upload and someone else likes or comments or especially shares no matter how strict your settings are that is now on all of that persons friends feeds, etc. and then their friends and so on and so forth.
