samsung gt-i8160 memory problem?
the phone keeps telling me internal memory nearly full but i have hardly any thing stored on it, i have purchased a new 35 gb storage card and only download apps that will store on storage card, but when i download the facebook app i can only save to phone memory card that includes the twitter app i can't download both as my memory does not seem to hold them. also message saying messages full when i have no messages stored HELP HELP PLEASE

Same problem here, it auto rejected all sms and stuff. SD storage wouldn't help you as well because the phone's internal storage they store something like data when you are on internet for example: history of your browsing, username/password on log in, saved information (games, email), internet features (so next time it is faster to open the previous websites), etc. It works like a temp folder of your computer (if you understand what I am talking about) There is no way you could fix it but here is what I did. When it warns you about the memory just click on it and you might want to clear data on the internet meaning all progress on internet will be reset, but that is okay. I am not so sure about clearing the data on the phone itself because I don't know if it will destroy the OS and it keep on increasing.
Oh if you don't mind about the information in your phone a factory reset helps. I tried it once If you did my method it will warns you again in a week. Just keep doing that forever Ads |
