Dell Inspiron 1520? DVD/CD driver not working right.?
Hi. I have a Dell Insprion 1520 laptop and it won't play DVD's or CD's. If I put a DVD into the drive it just spins, nothing happens on-screen. Am I missing some kind of player system or program? Can someone explain this to me as if I were a child. LOL. I am not anywhere near computer savvy and I don't know if perhaps I'm missing a program that reads the disc once it's put into the drive. Thank you for any help that you might offer. I appreciate it.
