No it won't be included on the bill. The only way this will charge you if the app is large and it ends up going above your data limit and then you will be charged overages for excessive data

If the Phone account is not in her name, you can check your account and see what goes on with that phone since it would be in your name and you are paying for it. If the Bill is in her name, the answer is no. You won't see any thing for Free apps. Besides that you don't look at the bill, you look at the use records.
