Why wont my camera upload videos online.?

Hello. I have a samsung smart touch camcorder(or camera) 2.7. I was wondering why it wont uploae videos. When I go to the social media app and click on youtube, it says thete are no files availqble, even though I do have videos. Also, when I go on the settings on the video, the share option is shaded out. Why is this happening, andhow do I fix it?

check you internet connection. WiFi may be ineffective.
also check the modem or whatever you use to surf the internet, mine was off for 3 days and i only knew when i saw that no lights were on on it.
