i am having a problem with adobe and facebook games?

Every time I install (update) Adobe, my computer doesn't recognize it - it keeps asking me to upgrade. None of my videos (Real Player) or facebook games will work. Also, I keep getting a pop up notice that Internet is operating without add-ons. There is one add-on that will not allow me to enable, and I cannot delete it (Groove GFS Browser helper). I am wondering if this is a virus, and if so, how do I remove it?

You may have to download and reinstall your browser in case it's become corrupted. Many of them can be found here. If you click on the browser of your choice, you'll be taken to another page where you can either download the latest version, or select an older version:
