Facebook sending requests I never sent?

Okay so I'm receiving notifications of people who have accepted my friend request but the thing is I never sent it I already changed my password & after that I got another notification that someone had accepted my request. Is this happening to anyone else? I decided to deactivate my account for now. I got a total of 3 accepted request that I never sent & this started happening today. Any help would be appreciated please.

This is happening a lot on Facebook.
It seems Facebook is making friend requests w/o your permission.

I had the same problem but my explanation was my phone was in my pocket and facebook had gone on and buttons were pressed people I didn't even know was accepting me but there could be other options too, have you logged on FB anywhere else? you may still be logged on and someone else is messing with your FB or someones found out your password so change your password just in case should be fine then.
