What incentives does free-market Capitalism offer when laissez-faire CEOs constantly ship the jobs overseas?

Very few people actually move up in the economic/social ladder under free-market Capitalism. In fact, most statistics show that people born into their respective classes are more likely than not to either remain in said class or move down a class. Couple that with the fact that industries and corporations are able to legally move jobs overseas for less pay and less cost, and you have a disaster waiting to happen. I'll ask the question again: what incentives does free-market Capitalism offer to the lower working classes?

Capitalism is the best system in the world without its greed, CEOs would become wealthier in the long run if they would just stop being so greedy.

You are right.. it benefits no one.. the CEO's are now so independent of their actual companies that all they care about is the bottom line and how many billions they can sock away in offshore accounts. Not one of them cares about America or its workers at all.. just money and ego. They should be all sent overseas to live.. to the place they have sent the jobs.. they do not belong in America any longer.

the unwillingness of people to move up in economic or social status says more about people than it does about free market capitalism.
