What's the best way to advertise by Facebook Fan Page for free?

I have a fan page for Pet Lovers (http://www.facebook.com/FreePetStuff) where you can post pictures/videos of your pet, interact with other pet lovers and share free stuff or coupons for pet supplies. I'm having a hard time promoting it through free classifieds. Paid advertising isn't an option right now. So... I need to find ways to promote it for free. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
