Why can't I change my Twitter background?

Well, I couldn't change my background on Twitter, so I picked a premade theme and saved it and it saved. Now my account's all ugly.So I logged out and tried again. Still didn't work. I deactivated and then reactivated. STILL DIDN'T WORK.
So, I logged in my other account and changed the background. IT WORKED! But NOT on the account I wanted it to work.

Everytime I try to change it, it keeps saying:
"There was a problem saving your profile customization."


PLEASE HELP.
