yes you need, at least an registered enterprise company or known as a RM2 company

If you do " business" - i.e. buy & sell for profit to the public on a regular basis,or otherwise "invite" others to offer you a price for the goods, you need to..... If you sell some personal items , e.g. on ebay or facebook on an "ad hoc" basis, then no.....[you are then not considered as doing business].
