This assignment is to do with social networking/media and is due tomorrow (LOL) and I have no clue what my teacher means y this question, any information will be appreciated.

Ethics--Make rules that protect minors, avoid people taking advantage of other.
Governmental --Make rules and enforece them about fraud, illegal activities being planned on internet, violiations of privavcy

What kind of regulations are needed for social media.
