why wont my phone send texts or let me call anyone?

I have a iphone on orange contract and just today its wont send messages let me phone anyone or let me on the internet, when i try to phone a number it says "calls from this number are banned" can anyone help me??? i can still recieve texts nd calls!

It sounds like an outgoing call restriction has been placed on your account. This can be done for several reasons, however, the most usual would be if you have several unpaid bills.

I'd advise to contact our Customer Service Helpdesk asap. If you are unable to call 150 from your Orange phone, you can also contact them on 07973 100150 from a fixed line.
