What to bring to a meeting with a potential sponsor?
I have a blog which relates to a project I'm doing and I was recently approached by a company because they want to sponsor the project. I'm meeting with someone from the company and I want to know what I should bring with me. She didn't request I bring anything in particular, but I'm thinking blog stats and number of followers on social media would be a good start. Anything else I should know before I go?
I don't have a business plan at all because it's really not a business. Without going into too much detail, I'm doing a project on my own just as a hobby, not for any financial reasons, and I'm blogging about it. This woman approached me, I haven't been looking for sponsors, and she proposed the idea of her company (she is a co-founder) sponsoring me. I could write a business plan, I suppose, but I don't really know where to begin since it's not a business. Ads |

Do as much preparation as possible: have all the stats about your blog/the project at your fingertips.
