How to unsuspend my Facebook account?

I was on Facebook and all of the sudden it told me my account was suspended. It says the account was compromised as a result of entering my password on a website designed to look like Facebook. I did the word thing, but now its telling me there are no verification methods available and ive tried like 20 times. Does anyone know how i can unsuspend it? please help! thanks!

You must have been dealt with Facebook sniffing pages.
Open your facebook account on your Laptop/Computer choose account verification method and it will work . If still there is some problem let me know about it.
