how can I make my blog on blogspot popular?

I've recently got a blog on blogspot, which I want to make popular because I'm hoping to have a career in social media in the future. However, none of my friends are really into blogging or have blogspot, so does anyone have any tips on how I can get people to follow my blog and write comments on posts?

share it on your facebook,orkut,twit........give it more pubicity......keep attractive titles.........

You can begin the arduous task of link building to try and get your blog on the top of the search results.

Basically, you submit to directories, comment on other people's related blogs and link back to your site; forum signatures, etc. Just don't confuse it with spamming!

Make intelligent comments and forum posts so people would check your backlinks.
