Unusual Problem with my MacBook Pro, any idea?

This just occured randomly really,

I have windows 7 Installed on my macintosh (Macbook pro 15' 2011). Ihave dual boot, Mac and Windows. Its been fine for a couple of months. But Now this just happened;

Everytime I plug in my macintosh charger while im on Windows, my screen dims, and the charger light goes from green to orange. As soon as i take out the charger, the computer comes back up and im able to go on and surf on windows again. Any ideas on whats causing this unusual reaction to pluging in my charger?
