How to know if my older girlfriend is embarrassed of me?

We're 5 years apart. I seriously been debating rather she is embarrassed or not i mean we get along very well always laughing and joking with each other when i post something on her Facebook she takes it off quickly. And she keeps coming up with excuses on why she doesn't change her Facebook status it's not like a big deal or anything but i think to myself if i were older that would be changed to in a relationship just like how it was with her ex-boyfriend i just really need to know if she is embarrassed.

If she takes down stuff you post on her fb quickly but is not to quick to change her status to "in relationship" it means that she does not take your relationship seriously and doesn't want others to know about it....
