Why does it say I have 1 message in my Facebook inbox when I have none?
Its written 1 next to my inbox but when I open it there are 0 new messages in my inbox. Is this a bug or a virus?

Either it is lag from a past inbox message or just a glitch. It depends whether it's on there every time you log on or just that one time. I would highly doubt that it is a virus.
