How come we have long conversations In Facebook but she try to avoid eye contact when i see her in person?

Well she's a part time receptionist in my job and we never had a real conversatio until 4 days ago. She is a pretty HOME GIRL a looks kinda shy and polite but when we chat in Facebook we could have pretty long conversations and we have many things in common suck our love for Salsa, merengue (we are Latino but she's born in NYC and i'm Peruvian) or rock music, also we like to read sci fi books, etc. The thing is when I see her at work she's like avoiding eye contact w/me or maybe is my idea. I like this girl and I always start the conversations, anyway, last time we talk was this Thursday like 4 hours but Friday she was like avoiding to see me, kinda weird right? What the heck?

This could be a number of things to be honest, being a female myself I think I can help! Here are just two possibilities!:
1st. She may just be nervous! She may have the confidence to talk to you on facebook but she is scared that in real life you'll hate her or you'll be disappointed. 2.Does she have short blunt answers or does she share her feelings with you? If it's the short answers then she may just be talking to you to be polite because you are talking to her. If she is sharing her feelings with you or is starting the conversations then she might LIKE like you or just be a really friendly person!!
