is it possible to download free ring tones without accessing internet from your phone?

i have a verizon phone but dont have any kind of internet so i cant be charged for using megabytes and whatnot

If you can receive texts/multimedia messages, you can upload songs to http://www.phonezoo.com/ and create your own ring tones, then send them to your phone. It's free, I do it for all of my ring tones.
