Normally its the persons date of birth or sometimes it may be the date the person met their significant other.

it depends. some people put "23.10.2010" beause the band One Direction was formed then so they mean a lot to them. some people put dates as in the date where a verified account followed them. some people put dates of the concert they went to. it depends on each person and their special experience or something like that. hope this helps Smile xx
